咕咕会员服务条款与条件

（以下简称“本协议”）

生效日期：自用户支付成功并完成激活之日起

本协议系由用户（以下简称“会员”或“您”）与咕咕服运营团队（以下简称“咕咕服”或“甲方”或“我们”）就您自愿订阅、购买、使用咕咕会员服务（以下简称“会员服务”或“本服务”）所订立的具有法律约束力之协议。在您进行支付、激活、使用或以任何方式享受本服务之前，请您务必仔细阅读并完全理解本协议全部内容。一旦您完成付款或使用本服务，即视为您已充分理解并无条件接受本协议之所有条款、条件、限制及声明。

第一条 会员资格与等级

1.1 会员服务仅对已在服务器内连续正常活动七（7）日及以上之用户开放，惟“超级咕咕年度计划”可不受该限制。
1.2 会员服务分为以下等级：

• 迷你咕咕（永久）；

• 小咕咕（1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月）；

• 大咕咕（1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月）；

• 超级咕咕（1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月）。

1.3 会员等级不构成自动晋升条件，成为咕咕会员并不意味着自动升级至[高级咕咕]。如需获得[高级咕咕]身份，需通过咕咕服官方网站提交申请：https://www.junyestudio.com/ggc/apply-for-ggc-citizen。

第二条 权益、特权与限制

2.1 装备提交义务：会员需按照规定向甲方提供无附加保护之附魔装备（保护类附魔除外），否则可能无法享受相关特权。若会员未在指定位置上锁提交装备，或提供错误装备，将无法获得相关装备奖励，需等待处理。装备一经登记，禁止转让、给予、转赠或进行任何相关处置行为。
2.2 UUID限制：每一唯一玩家标识符（UUID）仅可一次性兑换玩家头部权益。其他生物头部道具可重复获取，不受此限制。
2.3 指令使用权：会员有权使用/pp指令进行效果设置，前提为不得违反甲方所制定的其他规则。
2.4 Warp点设置：

• 会员可申请设置warp点，warp须经管理员审核且遵守与村庄一致之规范；

• 会员资格期满，warp点即自动取消，不得要求保留或补偿；

• 超级咕咕包年会员warp点可在到期后保留二十四（24）个月，届满后可向甲方申请查询XYZ坐标；

• warp点设定完成后仅允许修改两（2）次，warp名称不得更改。

2.5 飞行权限：

• 飞行权限须经甲方激活，一经开启不可中途终止；

• 仅限入服满七（7）日以上用户购买，超级咕咕年度会员除外；

• 玩家需前往指定位置自助开启飞行功能，自助开启后不可暂停；

• 若玩家遗失自助激活物品，甲方不予补偿；

若玩家将自助激活物品转赠他人，则该玩家将无法获得飞行权限，且在一年内不得购买或获得任何形式的飞行功能，亦不得购买会员积分重置，并将被扣除聚落信用分（若涉及不同聚落，分别扣除对应聚落之积分）。
2.6 自定义头衔：

• 普通会员每自然月可修改一次；

• 特殊情况下每月最多可修改三次；

• 会员到期后头衔自动失效，并降级至[咕咕]或维持[高级咕咕]，视情况而定。

2.7 续费奖励：

• 一年续费可额外获赠二（2）个指定物品（保护6）；

• 半年续费可获一（1）个指定物品（保护6）；

• 季度续费不含赠品；

• 动物头奖励续费每年可再获得二（2）个，允许与之前相同。

2.8 每月领取义务：

• 所有奖励需按月自行在/warp lqvip依照指示牌领取；

• 如逾期未领取，视为自动放弃，甲方不予补偿或追溯。

第三条 服务期限与续费

3.1 会员自支付成功之日起生效，甲方将通过电子邮件确认开始与截止日期。
3.2 会员资格一旦届满，所有专属权限即刻失效，不得继续使用。
3.3 本服务暂不支持自动续费功能，甲方未来或将开放PayPal自动续费，但不作任何承诺。

第四条 退款与终止

4.1 退款政策：会员支付一经确认，不得撤销、撤回或退款，且不因任何原因（包括但不限于误购、不满意、未使用或服务中断）而退款。
4.2 单方终止权：我们有权在无需事先通知、无需承担任何赔偿责任之情况下，单方面取消会员资格，包括但不限于：用户违反服务器规则、滥用会员权益或从事任何违规行为。
4.3 封禁处理：如会员因违规行为被Ban，其会员资格不因封禁而中止或延长，会员时间继续消耗直至到期。

第五条 支付、隐私与费用

5.1 使用PayPal支付可能需提交姓名、住址、电话号码等个人信息，甲方承诺遵循隐私政策保护您的个人信息，除法律要求外不予披露。
5.2 PayPal交易手续费（约占交易金额之3%–10%）由会员自行承担，甲方不提供补贴或返还。
5.3 本服务现支持以下支付方式：

• 支付宝（Alipay）；

• 微信支付（WeChat Pay）；

• Venmo；

• Zelle；

• 信用卡支付（3%–10%手续费）；

• PayPal（3%–10%手续费）。

5.4 本服务暂不支持Patreon或其他第三方支付方式。

第六条 免责声明与限制责任

6.1 非营利声明：会员服务系用户基于自愿原则支持甲方服务器之行为。所有收取费用均全部用于服务器维护、技术支出、社区发展及相关运营，不得用于分红或营利性分配，甲方在性质上属于非营利运营实体。
6.2 虚拟货币声明：因会员资格而获得之“咕币”仅作为虚拟奖励，不具备现实货币属性，禁止以任何形式进行现实货币交易。
6.3 服务中断免责：因不可抗力（包括但不限于自然灾害、网络攻击、系统故障、政策调整）导致服务中断、延迟或中止，甲方不承担任何直接、间接、附带、特殊或惩罚性赔偿责任。
6.4 历史兼容性：2021年9月19日之前之赞助权益不与之后规则互通，甲方无义务提供转换或补偿。

第七条 其他条款

7.1 本协议构成您与甲方之间完整之协议，并取代任何先前口头或书面约定。
7.2 甲方保留随时修订、更新本协议之权利，修订后将在官方网站公布并即时生效。
7.3 若本协议任何条款因任何原因被认定为无效或不可执行，其余条款仍完全有效并具约束力。
7.4 本协议之最终解释权归咕咕服运营团队所有。

第八条 咕咕积分

8.1 会员在购买赞助或飞行功能时，可按照消费金额获得五倍（5x）的积分奖励。
8.2 积分可按比例 100:1 抵扣下一次消费金额。
8.3 示例：如用户支付69.99美元购买一年超级咕咕，则可获得约350点积分；当其下一次再次购买超级咕咕时，可抵扣350/100=3.50美元，实际支付金额为66.49美元。
8.4 积分仅可用于抵扣后续消费，不可转让、兑换现金或在游戏内进行其他交易。
8.5 积分规则可能根据甲方运营需要进行调整，调整结果一经公布即生效。

Gugu Membership Terms and Conditions

(hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”)

Effective Date: From the date the User successfully completes payment and activation

This Agreement is entered into by and between the User (hereinafter referred to as the “Member” or “You”) and the operators of the GGC Server (hereinafter referred to as “GGC Server,” “Party A,” or “We/Us/Our”) with respect to Your voluntary subscription to, purchase of, or use of the Gugu Membership services (hereinafter referred to as the “Membership Service” or “Service”). Prior to making payment, activation, utilization, or enjoyment of any aspect of the Service, You are required to carefully read and fully understand all provisions of this Agreement. By completing payment or using the Service, You are deemed to have fully understood and unconditionally accepted all terms, conditions, limitations, and disclaimers set forth herein.

Article 1. Membership Eligibility and Tiers

1.1 The Membership Service is available only to Users who have been continuously active on the Server for no less than seven (7) consecutive days, except for the “超级咕咕 Annual Plan,” which is exempted from such restriction.
1.2 The Membership Service is divided into the following tiers:

• 迷你咕咕 (Permanent);

• 小咕咕 (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months);

• 大咕咕 (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months);

• 超级咕咕 (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months).
  1.3 Membership tiers shall not constitute automatic promotion. Becoming a Gugu Member does not automatically upgrade a Member to [高级咕咕]. To obtain [高级咕咕] status, Members must apply through the official GGC Server website: https://www.junyestudio.com/ggc/apply-for-ggc-citizen.

Article 2. Rights, Privileges, and Restrictions

2.1 Equipment Submission Obligation. Members must provide Party A with enchanted equipment without any auxiliary protective enchantments (except “Protection” enchantments). Failure to comply may result in the inability to enjoy certain privileges. If the Member fails to submit equipment at the designated location with locking requirements, or submits incorrect equipment, the related rewards shall not be granted, and the Member must await processing. Once equipment is registered, it is strictly prohibited to transfer, gift, donate, or otherwise dispose of such equipment.
2.2 UUID Restriction. Each unique player identifier (UUID) may only be used once to redeem a player head reward. Other creature heads may be obtained repeatedly and are not subject to this restriction.
2.3 Command Rights. Members shall have the right to use the /pp command to configure effects, subject at all times to compliance with rules prescribed by Party A.
2.4 Warp Point Rights.

• Members may apply to set warp points, which are subject to administrator review and must comply with the same standards as villages.

• Upon expiration of Membership, warp points shall be automatically canceled and may not be retained or compensated.

• 超级咕咕 Annual Members may retain warp points for twenty-four (24) months post-expiration; thereafter, XYZ coordinates may be obtained from Party A upon request.

• Once established, warp points may be modified no more than two (2) times, and their names may not be changed.
  2.5 Flight Privileges.

• Flight privileges must be activated by Party A, and once activated, cannot be paused or terminated prematurely.

• Available only to Users with at least seven (7) days of in-server activity, except for 超级咕咕 Annual Members.

• Members must visit the designated location to self-activate flight functionality, and once self-activated, flight cannot be paused.

• If a Member loses the self-activation item, no compensation shall be provided.

• If a Member transfers the self-activation item to another person, that Member shall lose eligibility for flight privileges, and for a period of one (1) year shall not be permitted to purchase or obtain flight functionality in any form, nor purchase Membership Point resets, and shall be subject to deduction of settlement credit points (with deductions applied separately to each relevant settlement if multiple settlements are involved).
  2.6 Custom Titles.

• Standard entitlement allows one (1) modification per calendar month.

• Under special circumstances, modifications are limited to a maximum of three (3) per month.

• Upon expiration of Membership, custom titles shall expire and the Member shall be reassigned to [咕咕] or retained as [高级咕咕], as applicable.
  2.7 Renewal Rewards.

• Annual renewal shall grant two (2) designated items (Protection 6);

• Semi-annual renewal shall grant one (1) designated item (Protection 6);

• Quarterly renewal shall not grant additional items;

• Creature head rewards upon renewal may be obtained twice (2) per year and may be identical to previously obtained items.
  2.8 Monthly Redemption Obligations.

• All rewards must be claimed monthly at /warp lqvip according to posted instructions;

• Failure to redeem within the specified period shall be deemed a waiver, and no compensation or retroactive redemption shall be provided.

Article 3. Term and Renewal

3.1 Membership shall commence upon successful payment, as confirmed by an email indicating the start and end dates.
3.2 Upon expiration, all exclusive Membership privileges shall immediately terminate and may not be further utilized.
3.3 Automatic renewal is not currently supported. Party A may, at its discretion, introduce PayPal auto-renewal functionality in the future, but makes no guarantee or commitment.

Article 4. Refund and Termination

4.1 Refund Policy. Once payment is confirmed, it shall not be revoked, withdrawn, or refunded, under any circumstances, including but not limited to mistaken purchase, dissatisfaction, non-use, or service interruption.
4.2 Unilateral Termination Right. Party A reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to unilaterally terminate Membership, including but not limited to instances of violation of Server rules, abuse of Membership privileges, or engagement in prohibited conduct.
4.3 Ban Enforcement. In the event a Member is banned due to violations, Membership shall not be suspended or extended. Membership time shall continue to elapse until expiration.

Article 5. Payment, Privacy, and Fees

5.1 Payment via PayPal may require disclosure of personally identifiable information (including name, address, and telephone number). Party A undertakes to process such information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and shall not disclose it except as required by law.
5.2 PayPal transaction fees (approximately 3%–10%) shall be borne solely by the Member, with no subsidy or reimbursement from Party A.
5.3 The Service currently supports the following payment methods:

• Alipay;

• WeChat Pay;

• Venmo;

• Zelle;

• Credit Card Payment (3%–10% fee);

• PayPal (3%–10% fee).
  5.4 The Service does not currently support Patreon or other third-party payment platforms.

Article 6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Non-Profit Statement. The Membership Service is a voluntary act of support by Members for the GGC Server. All funds collected are exclusively allocated to server maintenance, technical expenses, community development, and operational needs, and shall not be used for dividends or profit distribution. The GGC Server is, in nature, a non-profit operation.
6.2 Virtual Currency Disclaimer. “咕币” awarded through Membership are solely a virtual reward, do not constitute real-world currency, and may not be traded for real-world money in any form.
6.3 Service Interruption Disclaimer. Party A shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from service interruption, delay, or suspension due to force major events (including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, system failures, or regulatory changes).
6.4 Legacy Sponsorship. Sponsorship benefits granted prior to September 19, 2021 are not interoperable with benefits granted thereafter, and Party A has no obligation to convert or compensate.

Article 7. Miscellaneous

7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Party A and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
7.2 Party A reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. Updates shall be posted on the official website and shall take immediate effect upon publication.
7.3 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7.4 The final interpretation of this Agreement rests solely with the GGC Server Operations Team.

Article 8. GGP

8.1 Members purchasing sponsorship or flight functionality shall receive reward points equal to five times (5x) the amount spent.
8.2 Points may be redeemed at a rate of 100:1 against the next purchase.
8.3 Example: If a Member pays USD $69.99 for a one-year 超级咕咕 Membership, the Member shall receive approximately 350 points; upon the next purchase of a 超级咕咕 Membership, the Member may redeem 350/100 = USD $3.50, thereby paying an effective price of USD $66.49.
8.4 Points may only be used for deduction against subsequent purchases, and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or otherwise traded within the game.
8.5 Point rules may be adjusted at the discretion of Party A, and any adjustments shall take effect immediately upon publication.
